TERMS

• Net: 10 days “from invoice date” to customers with established credit.
• An 18% annual interest penalty (1 1/2% per month) will be charged on unpaid balances after 30 days of invoice date.
• 60 days after invoice is not paid, we will consider account delinquent and refuse any further credit.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

Volume Discount Conditions

1. The discount is earned by reaching a certain dollar volume the previous season. (See chart)
2. Account must be paid in full, and on time.
3. Any account that exceeds 90 days will not receive a volume discount.
4. All service charges must be paid or they will be deducted from the discount.
5. Net prices will not receive further volume discounts.

What is Farm Direct?

Farm Direct provides customers with additional saving by purchasing plants directly from our Growing Facility in Richmond.

CONDITIONS

• Plants need to be ordered according to minimums required. (See Chart)
• Plants must be picked up at the Richmond Farm or delivered to your business. 
• PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
• TREE PRICES GOOD TILL APRIL 15TH OR WHEN DIGGING SEASON IS OVER, WHICHEVER IS FIRST
•  A 24-hour notice is requested before pick-up.
• To receive Farm Direct Prices, plants cannot be picked up at the Wholesale Yard.
• Perennials grown at the Richmond Farm can be combined with farm grown trees and shrubs to reach minimum requirements.
• Example: 50 Perennials + 50 Container = Minimum Requirement
